Terms of Service & User Agreement

1. Scope of Service

The Tinc One platform serves as a unified gateway and sovereign identity service (TincID) providing authenticated access to TincNote, TincPOS, TincHub, TincSync, and related ecosystem applications.

2. Account Security & Responsibility

Users maintain sole custody and responsibility for their authentication credentials, passkeys, and encryption passphrases. Private keys and encrypted notes are not accessible by Tinc personnel.

3. Virtual POS & Commercial Terms

Subscriptions purchased via credit card or Virtual POS are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant licensed payment institutions (PayTR / İyzico / Stripe). Users may request unconditional cancellation or refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting customer support.

4. Legal Entity & Hosting Provider Information (Şirket Künyesi)

In accordance with Law No. 5651, Law No. 6563, and consumer protection regulations, the registered legal operator details are provided below:
